Customer location:

Guru Location

Location data is collected from Guru (service provider) accounts:

·      When the app is actively in use
·      When the app is running in the background (e.g., minimized during active jobs)

Location data is not collected when the app is fully closed or terminated.

Guru location is used for:

·      Assigning nearby jobs

·      Navigation

·      Providing real-time tracking visible to customers during active jobs

Location Sharing

·      Customer location (service address) is shared with assigned Gurus for service fulfillment

·      Guru location may be shared with customers only during active jobs for real-time tracking

5. Device and Usage Information

·      Usage logs and crash reports

6. App Permissions

Camera and Photos

Used to capture and upload job-related images.

Location (Foreground and Background)

Users can manage permissions through their device settings.
