Insurance Requirements

1. ALL Subcontractors are required to have the following Insurance policies in place as follows:

    

   1. Auto Insurance: Owned, Non-Owned and Hired Automobile

       

   2. General Liability

       

   3. Workers Compensation

       

2. All policies should:

    

   1. Have a $1M limit;

       

   2. Name JunkGurus as an additional assigned (with the exception of Workers Compensation);

       

   3. Waiver of Subrogation in favor of JunkGurus;

       

   4. Be primary and non-contributory; and

       

   5. Provide coverage for both ongoing AND completed work.
